How long will my order take to be made?

We update our turnaround time based on our flow of orders each week. Please click here  to view our current turnaround time located on the announcement bar of our home page.

For custom orders e.g. business & event signage you can expect your order to be completed within 1-2 weeks. If your signage colours are custom and outside of our usual stock please allow an additional week for order/shipping times from our suppliers.

Do you accept refunds?

If your order has broken during transit I will offer a refund or replacement to be sent to you.

As each piece is custom made or personalised we cannot cancel or alter the order once it has commenced production due to change of mind.

 

I made a spelling error on my order, can I change it?

Please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order with the correct spelling if you have made a mistake.

 

What products are your designs made from?

We use Australian sourced 3mm acrylics and Plywood

 

Do you offer proofs/mock ups?

Yes, all of our custom work includes a maximum of two proofs, a fee may apply should you choose to make additional changes to your designs.

 

What product can I hang my sign with?

We recommend using double sided picture hanging hooks e.g. 3M Brand which are available at your local hardware store.
